A: The red light indicated that the camera is charging and the blinking blue light means that the camera is recording, even when the screen goes black.

A: Please use 32GB GB cards Class 10 (or above). Remember to format SD card on the camera before using. Please insert a SD card when the camera is shutting down and then connect camera to the power supply, it will turn on then record automatically.

Q: Is there a way to stop sound recording while video records?

A: Yes, you can turn off the sound recorder. You can turn it off in the settings.

Q: Should the dash cam always be on charging to keep recording?

A: The internal battery has small capacity and is intended for backup power only. Please plug the camera via the provided car charger while use it.

Q: How “Loop recording” and “G-sensor” function work?

A: Loop recording means that newly recorded videos will automatically overwrite the oldest unlocked file once the SD card is full. Built-in G-sensor, automatically captures unexpected driving incidents and lock the video during collision. The lock video can not be deleted by loop recording.

Q: Why camera stop recording?

A: Please check if there has power light on camera. And please check the SD card is full because of many lock video and need to format.

Q: Why the screen keeps telling me to “format card”?

A: Please format the SD card and set “ loop recording” to “3min” and “G-sensor” to “low”. Sometimes, SD card has limited space to record. There will be many locked videos and can not deleted by loop recording. If not work, please change another SD card and check If the camera can work normally.

Q: What is the supported temperature range for this dash cam?

A: The dash cam can withstand a temperature of -10 to 60 degrees Celsius (14°F-140°F).
